Eco 50/60 Classic Steel Door System

　　Features:

　　The profile modeling is simple, thin and firm. The system is affordable and simple to make. The profile depth includes 50mm and 60mm, and the product is applicable for single-leaf doors and double-leaf doors with top lighting (or opening window) and side lighting. The Eco 50 and Eco 60 door frames are of a small section and large glass size, to ensure the interior transparence and brightness. The double sealing, automatic door bottom sealing and other sophisticated design methods are adopted to ensure that the excellent dustproof performance of the system.

　　Performances:

　　Switzerland Jansen classic airtight doors have passed one million times opening tests by the German MPA testing agency. And the door frames, accessories, hardware are hinges are tested.

　　In the test for mechanical strength of impact resistance according to EN 1192, the highest level is up to Grade 4.

　　In the test for the functions and durability of door systems according to EN 12400, the highest level is up to Grade 8, and the normally opening times are more than one million.

　　In the test for load-bearing hinges according to EN 1935, the level is Grade 14, including all types of welded hinges and bolted hinges (classified into non-adjustable hinges, two-dimensional adjustable and three-dimensional adjustable hinges), and the normal opening times are up to one million.
